Building Hope for the Future

At St Bart’s, we are committed to providing tailored care and housing solutions for vulnerable individuals in our community.

When complete, the Brown Street development will be an 80-bed aged care facility offering specialised care for older men and women with a history of homelessness. This project is a key step in our mission to reduce homelessness and support those in need and a key part of our sustained approach to building hope for the future.

Our team of architects and planners have created designs that prioritise sustainability, safety, and community connection. Through ongoing consultation with people with lived experience of homelessness, we are ensuring these developments reflect the voices of those who will call them home. Our Aboriginal Reference Group plays a key role in guiding our approach, ensuring our project team are not just making decisions but actively listening and responding to the needs of First Nations people and the broader homeless community.
