Warren has over 30 years of experience in property transactions and development management, specialising in large-scale residential, industrial, and commercial projects. His expertise spans strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multi-stage developments.
With qualifications in land economy, real estate, valuation, and postgraduate studies in management and urban design, Warren brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. At St Bart’s, he is dedicated to creating sustainable, vibrant communities and delivering meaningful outcomes for residents and stakeholders.
